RSFF has created this
privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm
commitment to privacy. Due to the sensitive nature
of the information we collect from our users, including
address and phone numbers, we believe it is important
to satisfy strict privacy requirements. The following
discloses our information gathering and dissemination
practices for this Web site. RSFF reserves
the right to change the contents of this privacy statement
at any time. We will alert you by indicating the revision
date on the privacy statement. RSFF is the
sole owner of the information collected on this Site.
The following section describes
the information we collect from you and indicates
the primary purposes why we collect each type of information
from you. If we use your information or disclose or
distribute your information to third parties for a
purpose that is not related to the following purposes,
we will notify you by email of your right to opt-out
of that use, disclosure or distribution beforehand.
Your right to opt-out shall be governed by the Choice/Opt-Out
Section below.
Opt-Out Section
The only way to opt out of collecting user information
is to cancel the subscription service with RSFF.
Users may opt out of having their personal information
collected by RSFF and used by RSFF
for secondary purposes to send promotional correspondences
to the user, by contacting RSFF via e-mail
at info@rsff.com.
Personal Information Collection
We collect certain information you
willingly provide to us that may contain personal
information. For our customers, our registration pages
will request your full name, address, phone number,
fax number, email address, email server host name
and email user name and password. When you open an
account with RSFF you also provide us with
credit card information for payment of our services.
We may also store your email correspondence on our
server. RSFF will store only Spam emails,
which is regarded by RSFF as such, sent to
our customers via our services for 7 days. RSFF
will not sell your personal information without your
consent to any third parties.
IP Address
An IP address is a number, which
is assigned to your computer system when you are surfing
the Internet. We do not link IP address with any personal
information. In case of abuse of our website and other
security concern we will use IP address for tracking
purposes. Our systems will collect IP information.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer
the Site, track user's movement, and gather broad
demographic information for aggregate use.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep track
of your session ID. We may use cookies to deliver
content specific to your interests. If you wish to
block, erase, or be warned of cookies, please refer
to your browser instructions. You may not be able
to use full functionality of our web site if you block
or reject cookies.

a banner advertisement. RSFF is not responsible
for the behavior of these other sites. These sites

RSFF’s control.

RSFF may use your information

verify and re-verify of the identity of our customers.

request your comments to develop and improve the
Site and our products and services.

internal and marketing purposes including newsletters
and for the specific purpose for which the information
was provided and to otherwise provide the Spam blocking
services.

our users is of very important concern to us. We exercise

personal information, RSFF can't ensure or
warrant the security of any information you transmit
to us or from our online products or services, and
you do so at your own risk. However, once we receive
your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure
its security on our systems. Your account is password
protected. No one has access to your password. You
are responsible for the security of your password.
Your credit card information is transmitted via SSL
security protocol. RSFF provides three levels
of protection against unauthorized access to your
information:
Global
security using SSL encryption technology,
ITA Secure Messaging
security for protection of our Web and database
servers against external attack,
Encrypted
password protection for your account.
Sharing of your Information
RSFF does not sell, share,
or rent any personal information to any third parties
without your prior authorization. We may provide aggregate
information (i.e., information we collect that does
not allow you to be personally identified or contacted)
to third parties without your authorization, such
as information about your access and use of the Site,
about your computer operating system and computer
language, email type, and similar information. We
may disclose personal information you provide to third
parties which is necessary to complete a transaction
with RSFF. For example, RSFF will
send your personal information to our credit card
processing company in order to complete a transaction.
We may also disclose personal information we have
collected if we are required to do so by law.
